saturday weigh in...

All I can say is I LOST 2.6 pounds this past week!!!

Yaaaahhhhoooooo...

It's not a lot, but it's a start. Being on Weight Watchers has been an adjustment, but for me I find it's the best diet. I can basically eat what I want but smaller portions. It's a lot of give and take and planning ahead of time. I look at as a game and find it a challenge to budget my points.

On to another week......

Go Jody! I lost 70 pounds with Weight Watchers. It is definitely a great way to get the weight off. Keep up the good work. It gets easier to adjust and budget!

Great job! I lost 40 pounds before my 10 year reunion with Weight Watchers. Since then I had another kid and a hormone condition so I've got about the same amount to lose again, but I've got over a year to my 20 year. It's easier to stay encouraged when you had such a great first week loss. Good luck!
